George Town East
Tessa (Theresa) Bodden is a businesswoman who was born and raised in George Town where she still resides. She was educated at Cayman Prep, Bishops High School (Jamaica) and Reading University (UK). After graduation, Ms. Bodden was employed in the media industry as a journalist for several years.
She has been actively involved in community work as a volunteer for most of her adult life, and has served on a number of government Boards as well as the National Trust, Cayman HospiceCare (past Patron), the National Drug Council, Caring for Life, and the South Sound United Church (current). Tessa was the recipient of the Queen’s Certificate of Honour for services to the community, presented by her Majesty during her last visit to Cayman.
